Established in 1962, Avis Lebanon has become the largest and most trusted car rental company in the country. It boasts a network of 8 branches, a fleet of over 1,300 vehicles and a team of 100+ dedicated and professional employees.
Avis Lebanon commissioned Proximity Agency with the task of launching its presence on social media targeting the Lebanese market.

The Online Booking

Within our digital strategy, Proximity agency developed the company website to create a channel of communication between the company and its customers, a place of representation for Avis Lebanon offers and identity.

The concept focuses on optimizing the user experience and information structure. With its modern design, the website helps the brand stand out from competitors.

Proximity Agency used Drupal to build the website; An SEO strategy has been implemented along with a content strategy. In addition, an easy-to-use content management system (CMS) was created to support the website frequent update.

Not only did Proximity Agency succeed in establishing an original presence for Avis Lebanon but also we were able to engage and entertain the Lebanese Community through its optimized Facebook tabs and contest, inviting participants to share their own experience in a modern context on the dedicated Facebook page. More than 8k fans generated in a space of four months.

Avis Lebanon, through Proximity Agency’s digital strategy and original implementation (design and development), was able to create a welcoming and friendly first impression for its local community, turn existing customers into brand ambassadors, use social media to make fans potential winners, and build relationships with them.
